What kind of printing do you do?
We do color printing, monochrome, camera ready, and even separation of colors. We print in various sizes, A3 being the largest format all the way to A6 and even business cards.
How long will it take for you to complete my order?
Depending on the work load and time frame allocated, we always strive to serve each client as fast as possible, keeping an eye on precision and detail.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday(8am-9pm) Sunday(8am-8pm).
How do I go about getting an estimate for bulk printing?
We have a special discounted quotation on all bulk printing orders. Kindly review our Price List for the same.
What is the best format for submitting a file for printing?
We always advise all our clients to submit read only files in pdf format and read-and-write files in word format. However, you can submit your files in whichever format you have it in and we shall convert it into the most suitable format.
What are the most common sizes for brochures, flyers, business cards?
Brochures are printed in A4 and then either double folded or tri-folded. Flyers are commonly printed in A5 and A6 sizes. Business cards are printed in A7 sizes(same for ID cards).
What are the different types of materials to be used for labels?
Self-adhesive sticker paper is the most common and preferably used material, since it doesn’t peel off and is not destroyed by water.
Do you sell pictures frames and what are the prices of the frames
Yes we do sell frames and prices vary with size.
Do they come in different colors
Yes they do come in different colors ranging from silver to black.
what are the prices for our different services i.e printing, scanning, photocopy and lamination.
our prices are good and flexible depending on the quantity offered ,they include:

Do you offer binding services? If so which type?
Yes, we do. We offer spiral binding with various colors.
Do you offer corporate design services?
Yes, we do. We offer graphics design services at affordable customized quotations.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we do. We have access to riders who can deliver all your work to a designated location at a slight fee.

What are the DHL rates
DHl rates vary i.e the net weight of the package determines the amount payable.
What is prohibited
Firearms, cannabis sativa, cologne, alcoholic beverages are amongst the list one can’t send.
what are the destinations
One can send a package anywhere in the globe other than Ukraine due to the ongoing war.
If we do photography and passport photos
Yes we do both outdoor and indoor photoshoot and we do take passport photos.

Our baskets are handcrafted and have a wide range of usage and go for ksh.2500
